Job Summary:

This position provides administrative and secretarial support for VP, Sales and Distribution in planning and coordination of his/her daily work schedules and activities through liaison with related internal and external parties.  This role needs to uphold and implement the administrative systems, policies and procedures of the company and the Sales organization, as well as prepare and organize materials necessary to facilitate the daily meetings and routines of the VP.

The job holder also has the responsibility in overseeing the administrative support provided to the sub-teams to ensure strong and efficient support for the productive operation of the Sales organization.  In supervising the efforts of the administrative casts, the following jobs are to be performed:  

  • Provide guidance to the administrative casts in Sales team to ensure the quality of work and standardization of clerical support, administrative services and internal communications, etc., and to oversee that the policies and guidelines of the company and the Sales organization are being observed.

  • Supervise the handling of administrative duties by the teams including T&E, leave record, contract and agreement, sales premium ordering, cast onboarding, etc.;

  • Mobilize administrative support for trade and internal events and activities.  

  • Monitor the overall budget to ensure all expenses are reasonable and help to minimize variance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience.

  • Proficient in MS and Windows, including Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing

  • Excellent skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Ability to manage and follow through on projects with minimal supervision.

  • Understanding of travel trade operations and knowledge of Hong Kong Disneyland administrative systems would be an advantage.
