  • Manage Studio and Network PIX user accounts on a per-project basis, ensuring access is properly granted, tracked, and updated.

  • Coordinate and track distribution and approvals for cuts and key post-production elements, updating trackers and stakeholders accordingly.

  • Support on-screen credit reviews by comparing submissions against templates, flagging discrepancies, and coordinating approvals and waiver requests from unions and guilds as needed.

  • Facilitate Post Production wrap, including scheduling wrap meetings with Post Executives, recovering assets, and ensuring all required elements from the Producer’s Handbook are submitted and distributed in a timely manner.

  • Build and manage Airtable trackers to help productions stay aligned on milestones across all active live action and animated titles.

  • Maintain archival inventory of post media assets, including stock footage, for both short- and long-term storage needs.

  • Serve as a key partner to TVA Studio Production Resources and Post Production leadership in the development of an interactive, web-based Producer’s Handbook tool.

Innovation

  • Attend Innovation-related meetings, take notes, track action items, and support ongoing progress of strategic initiatives.

  • Serve as a project manager on innovation-related efforts as assigned, tracking timelines, owners, and deliverables.

  • Maintain and update the Innovation Projects Airtable, including real-time tracking of Unreal Engine and AI-based projects in both Development and Production.

  • Help prepare and polish flowcharts, decks, and briefing documents in support of innovation priorities and team communication.

  • Track and manage cross-departmental project dependencies; help ensure timely follow-up on tasks, emails, reports, and deliverables.

  • Support Post & Innovation leadership in improving time management and prioritization across active projects.

  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and confidently—both verbally and in writing.

  • Approachable, collaborative, and respectful in all interpersonal interactions

  • Demonstrates excellent judgment in managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with professionalism.

  • Continuously seeks areas for growth and demonstrates a strong appetite for learning new workflows, tools, and technologies.

  • Flexible and adaptable; thrives in a team environment and embraces change as a part of progress
